• Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

• 50% upfront payment is required for check-in dates more than 30 days ahead.

• For bookings less than 30 days ahead, 100% payment is required

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to retreat@forestschoolcolombo.com and will be promptly responded to.

• Cancellations made 30 days or prior: Refunds will be available unless the booking falls within peak dates (1st December – 1st March).

• Cancellations within 15–30 days: 50% of the booking cost will be charged.

• Cancellations within 14 days: 75% of the booking cost will be charged.

• Peak Date Cancellations (December – January): Non-refundable.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in LKR with the exact amount received. Currency fluctuations are not covered.

• Changes to booking dates are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.

We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, and bank transfers in LKR, AED, or GBP.

• A valid credit card will be required at check-in as a security deposit for additional charges or damages.

• Security deposits will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages or extra charges incurred during the stay.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM. For check-ins outside this timeframe, guests must contact retreat@forestschoolcolombo.com.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Accommodation Policies

• Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 6 kids.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

• This is a nature-based, eco-friendly, and child-friendly villa:

• Parking is available for two vehicles.

Liability and Insurance

• Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

• The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests’ belongings or persons during their stay. A security deposit box is available for guest use.

• Eco-Friendly Practices: No plastic or polythene items are allowed on the premises.

• Guests are requested to report any maintenance issues promptly to management.
• The property is regularly inspected to ensure safety and comfort.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

Additional Services and Fees

• Services such as airport transfers are available upon request. Please inquire with management for details.

Termination of Agreement

The management reserves the right to terminate this agreement and evict guests without refund in the event of:

• Violation of terms and conditions.

• Disruptive or harmful behavior.

• Guests are encouraged to provide feedback to help us improve our services.
